本生產(chǎn)線是采用平膜頭擠出機(jī)將PE（聚乙烯）顆粒材料附(丙綸或滌綸布)一次擠出而成，可取代二次加熱的復(fù)合機(jī)。此設(shè)備生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品不起鼓、不翹邊，粘結(jié)密實(shí)，性能穩(wěn)定、質(zhì)量可靠,完全達(dá)到或超過GB18173.1－2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時該設(shè)備還具有自動化程度高、耗電低、用工少、產(chǎn)出的卷材成本低等綜合優(yōu)勢。
Have been melted into molten state, the PE（polyethylene）granules are extruded into membrane with the flat and straight extrusion die of the equipment, followed by polypropylene fiber or dacron affixed on the core membrane.
