本生產線是采用平膜頭擠出機將PE（聚乙烯）顆粒材料附(丙綸或滌綸布)一次擠出而成，可取代二次加熱的復合機。此設備生產的產品不起鼓、不翹邊，粘結密實，性能穩(wěn)定、質量可靠,完全達到或超過GB18173.1－2006標準。同時該設備還具有自動化程度高、耗電低、用工少、產出的卷材成本低等綜合優(yōu)勢。
Have been melted into molten state, the PE（polyethylene）granules are extruded into membrane with the flat and straight extrusion die of the equipment, followed by polypropylene fiber or dacron affixed on the core membrane. With the characteristics of stable performance and excellent durability, the product conforms to the national standards of GB18173.1-2006.High automatcity, low power consumption, low cost, high yield, less manual labor.
