此生產(chǎn)線是將乙烯與辛烯高分子材料等密煉聚合，再由混煉型塑機一次擠出成型的TPO防水卷材設備。
PE resins and high polymer materials are extruded into membranes with this equipment. The products perform well in high-strength, low-temperature flexibility , anti-aging and the chemical corrosion-resistant, it is top-quality polymer waterproof membrane.

主機均采用先進變速技術，節(jié)電達30%
Host adopt advanced Trans-mission Technology, can save
electricity up to 30%.
自動加熱系統(tǒng)均采取厚模電路，節(jié)電達40%左右。
Automatic heating system had taken thick-circuit,saving electricity about 40%.
混合密煉機LZ500L加熱功率：8KW 雙速電機功率：40KW/32KW
配備全套上料裝置 功率：3.3KW

2.擠出機SJ80 錐形雙螺桿減速機SJSZ80主電機功率：75KW(變頻調速)
Extruder SJ80 Conical twin-screw reducer SJSZ80 Host motor power is 75 KW(VVVF).
3.料筒 采用38CYMOALA材料，進行氮化處理加熱功率：47KW
Extruder barrel can be used 38CYMOALA materials with nitriding treatment. Heating power of screw is 47KW
4.模具 內(nèi)式加熱 功率：34KW
Die can be with inner heating system,power is 34KW.
5.三輥機 輥筒表面為硬鉻處理 功率：3KW(變頻調速)
The surface of Three-Roller Device was with hard chrome treatment. Power is 3KW. (VVVF)
6.牽引機 采用力距牽引 功率：16N
Traction Device can be used Torque Traction. Power is 16N.
7.卷取機 磨擦收卷，帶計數(shù)自動器及定長報警裝置功率：1.1KW
Winding Unit is adopted friction winder with auto counters and length alarm device.Power is 1.1KW.
